Only first-class quality ingredients are used for the production of Mulassano Vermouth.
The plants, roots and botanicals for infusion are picked by climbers
entirely by hand from the Occitan Alpine region.
The production is all done at Bordiga Distillery, one of the sole vermouth producers existing
without interruption for the past 200 years.
The production is completely done in a traditional process that takes between
40 to 45 days before the vermouth is ready to be bottled.
The final product rests for 3 weeks before we can enjoy it!
